Recipe-calculated. For a sugar-and-water solution the nutrition is essentially its sugar content, so calculation is an accepted basis, but it is not a laboratory analysis and we do not present it as one.
It is a syrup, and it is mostly sugar.
Twenty-six grams of sugar in a 30 mL serving is 26% of a day's value. That is high, and the bottle carries Health Canada's front-of-package "High in sugars / Élevé en sucres" symbol because of it.
We would rather say that plainly here than have you find it on the back of the bottle. A cocktail syrup is sugar and water with something beautiful steeped through it. Ours is lavender we grew. It is not a health food and we are not going to dress it up as one.
The serving is a bar measure, not a glassful. Two tablespoons builds a full drink.

Chaque donnée avec sa provenance. Lorsque nous n'avons pas encore pris de mesure instrumentale, c'est indiqué.
Two figures are calculated rather than measured, and are marked. A refractometer and a pH meter close both on the first production batch. We will update this page with the readings rather than quietly leaving the estimates in place.
