Lavender Cosmopolitan

A floral cosmo. Vodka, cranberry, lime and lavender, shaken and served up.

Ingredients

Makes 1 drink

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 0.75 oz cranberry juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Bench & Bloom lavender syrup
  • A lime twist

Method

  1. Add the vodka, cranberry, lime and lavender syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Garnish with a lime twist.

The cosmo is built for a floral lift, and lavender slots right in beside the cranberry and lime. The citrus keeps it on the pink side of the colour shift, which suits the drink.

Start from a bottle of Bench & Bloom or a batch of lavender simple syrup.

Skip the steeping. Ours is already dialled in.
