Lavender Moscow Mule

Vodka, lime and ginger beer with lavender to round it out. Arrives a bright ruby.

Ingredients

Makes 1 drink

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 0.5 oz Bench & Bloom lavender syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ginger beer, to top
  • Ice and a lime wheel

Method

  1. Fill a mug or glass with ice. Add the vodka, lavender syrup and lime.
  2. Top with ginger beer and stir once.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel.

The mule is all about the snap of ginger and lime, and a measure of lavender rounds the edges without getting in the way. The lime keeps the syrup at its brightest ruby, so this one arrives glowing.
